Lambert & Associates, Inc.Since entering the executive search business in 1983, David H. Lambert has conducted more than 400 executive search assignments for more than 125 universities, colleges and medical schools, and a wide range of non-profit institutions, including museums, symphonies, zoological societies and various private foundations.

Mr. Lambert occupied leadership and management roles in higher education and health care for almost two decades, prior to entering executive search. He was Vice President for Development and Public Affairs at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, and, earlier in his career, he held management positions in development, annual giving and alumni affairs at Johns Hopkins University and the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Lambert has had broad experience in comprehensive capital campaigns, strategic planning, institutional advancement, organizational studies, human resource planning and allocation, and marketing.

In addition to his consulting, Mr. Lambert remains active in the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), and the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP). He is a regular writer, speaker and panelist on various topics related to non-profit management, particularly in the fields of fund raising and human resources.

Mr. Lambert holds a BS degree in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh, and earned his Masters of Administrative Science from Johns Hopkins University. He resides in St. Davids, a Philadelphia suburb.

Catharine McGeever has been a member of the Lambert & Associates team since its inception in 1996. She is responsible for working directly with clients and managing all aspects of the search process. With over 20 years of experience in the executive search industry, Ms. McGeever's background includes search execution and management for a broad spectrum of non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining Lambert & Associates, Ms. McGeever was a Manager in the Organizational Consulting Practice at the Philadelphia office of Laventhol and Horwath, an international public accounting/management consulting firm. She honed her skills recruiting at Garofolo, Curtiss, Lambert & McLean Co., a national healthcare executive search firm.

Ms. McGeever is a member of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), Associate of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) and the Association of Executive Recruiters (AER). She received her BS degree in Psychology from Villanova University.
